Behind the why

Atlas Real Estate Partners is led by Amanda Smith Johnson, a lifelong member of the Fayetteville community and a real estate professional who believes some of the greatest success comes from helping others achieve their own.

With deep roots in the community and years of experience in real estate, Amanda brings a hands-on approach to leadership. Her vision for Atlas is to create a brokerage where agents have the support, training, resources, and encouragement they need to build a business that reflects their own goals.

For Amanda, real estate has always been about relationships. She believes in being accessible to her agents, working alongside them, answering the hard questions, sharing what she has learned, and helping them navigate the challenges that come with building a real estate career. When an agent succeeds, that success is something the entire Atlas team can celebrate.

That philosophy is an important part of the culture at Atlas. We believe agents should have a place where they can ask questions, continue learning, share ideas, support one another, and know there is a team behind them.
