Amanda Smith is a dedicated, service-oriented real estate broker, and Broker in Charge at Atlas Real Estate Partners. Amanda has been licensed since 2011, is a lifelong resident of Fayetteville and she knows her market well.
After spending years honing her skills, she is now capable of closing deals in situations that other real estate agents would think of as impossible to handle. A true go-getter, Amanda seeks out challenges in her work life and never tires of seeking out bigger and better opportunities for her clients. In addition, she makes herself constantly available for questions and appointments when you need her.

Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC in addition to a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University in Durham, NC. Amanda’s parents owned their own business and set a strong example for her early on. Defined by her integrity and her solid values, Amanda treats her buyer and seller families the same way her parents treated their customers.
When Amanda is not hard at work for her clients in the office or out in the field, she enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her profession. She is an active member with NC Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, serving as a Director on the Board of Directors for NAR in 2022 and NCR in 2021-current. She was the 2023 Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for NCR and serves as a RPAC Trustee.
Amanda is also very involved with the local Longleaf Pine Realtor Association where she served as the 2022 President of the Board of Directors and was named 2023 REALTOR® of the Year. She is a RPAC Investor and a fierce advocate for private property rights and home ownership. She is also involved in her community and always seeks out ways to give back.
